Dan Jensen is an Industrial Hygienist for the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) - Nevada Field Office, and currently functions as an Industrial Hygienist and Underground Worker Safety Subject Matter Expert. Dan has over 23 years of experience as a Health and Safety professional, with 19 years of experience in the Department of Energy (DOE) complex as a contractor employee and, since 2019 as a DOE employee. During those years, Dan provided support to the NNSA, National Weapons Laboratories, Maintenance and Operations Contractors, Environmental Management and Department of Defense. Dan has a bachelor's degree in public health from the Utah State University and is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and Certified Safety Professional. Dan volunteered as the BHSC Treasurer in 2022 and also serves as the Co-Chair of the Sampling and Analysis Subcommittee.
