This Guide was conceived in order to fill the need of beryllium practitioners whose work as operators, engineers, allied health professionals, union representatives, manufacturers and vendors involves beryllium.  While briefer and more specific data sources are available on single subject areas, as are multi-volume compendia, there is no current up-to-date compilation of information useful on a daily basis by the beryllium practitioner.
