The cost of the two and one-half day event includes an annual BHSC member, paid continental breakfast on October 19th and 20th and paid lunch on October 19th and 20th.
Annual membership dues are paid for as part of the registration fee for the event.
$950 for booth/table space for the 2.5 days, which includes one pass
Honorary—$1250 which includes one booth/pass and one
Silver—$1600 which includes one booth/pass and two additional passes
Platinum—$2500 which includes one booth/pass and three additional passes

The room location for conference will be provided by the Golden Nugget upon arrival. As with the last symposium held in 2017 at the Golden Nugget, the hotel provided signs to direct attendees to the conference rooms.
